The Drew University Chorale, directed by James Bishop and accompanied by Mark Miller, is on tour and will hold a concert in the FSUMC sanctuary on Thursday, May 23 at 7:00 p.m. Drew is Pastor Tom's alma mater, and all are encouraged to attend the concert.
 
A pasta dinner to raise funds for the Bishop's Imagine No Malaria Campaign will be held on Sunday, June 2 at noon in Trinity Hall. The requested donation is $7.00. The money collected will be presented at Annual Conference the following weekend. All are encouraged to attend to support this good cause as well as for the good fellowship and good food. If anyone cannot be there but wants to contribute, please send your donation to the church office or put it in the offering plate by June 2.
 
The 2013 Sengbe Pieh Community Service Award Program will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in the FSUMC sanctuary. This year's award recipients are Dr. Charles Edward Warner and the late Dr. Regina Warner, renowned New Haven educators with impressive histories of public service. The award program is free and open to the public. Donations are encouraged to help defray program costs.
 
Vacation Bible School will run from August 19 through 22, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.at First Presbyterian Church for children ages 4-12.
